About me
I'm Anna-Lisa Hecht – a coach, trainer, and consultant for change management with over 12 years of experience in the people field. I work directly with the people affected by change: individuals/managers, teams, and executives. My approach is systemic, my manner direct – and I bring change to where it actually happens: into everyday work life.
Up to 80% funding for your change project
As a certified INQA coach, I offer small and medium-sized enterprises in the Rhine-Main area professional support with up to 80% government funding – for digitization projects, cultural change and leadership development.
The government covers 80% of the coaching costs. You only pay the remaining 20%.
