Change & Transformation
Change projects rarely fail due to technical or strategic reasons. They fail because the people affected by them are not involved.
I support companies through change processes – from the initial analysis to sustainable implementation. I work directly within the company, with the managers and teams who will be driving the change.
This includes:
- Analysis of the initial situation and development of a concrete action plan
- Support for IT implementations, restructurings and cultural change
- Empowering leaders to actively shape change
- Employee involvement – from management to the shop floor
INQA Coaching – Professional support with up to 80% funding
As a certified INQA coach, I offer small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) intensive support with up to 80% government funding. This program of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs is specifically aimed at SMEs that want to professionally manage change processes related to digital transformation.
What this means in concrete terms:
- Up to 12 days of consultation directly at the company
- Government funding covers 80% of coaching costs.
- Company contribution: €2,880 net for full scope
- Agile, employee-centric working methods – solutions are created in the team, not at the desk.
Typical topics: Digitization and IT implementations, leadership development, cultural change, healthy leadership in times of upheaval.
The path to funding leads through an official INQA advisory center (IBS) in Hesse, which assesses eligibility free of charge and issues the coaching voucher. I will guide you through the process.
Facilitation & Workshops
Workshops only work if everyone truly participates – not just the vocal ones. I design formats that make this possible: practical, methodically sound, and directly tailored to your team's situation.
I work with, among other things, Lego® Serious Play®, a scientifically based method that makes abstract topics tangible and ensures that everyone in the room is heard.

Systemic coaching
Systemic coaching looks not only at the problem, but also at the context in which it arises. This makes the difference between short-term symptom treatment and genuine change.
I work with executives, specialists, junior staff, and individuals who are at a point where they need clarity, guidance, or a new perspective.

Formats: Individual sessions, short interventions or longer-term support – on-site or online.

A good keynote speech poses a question that lingers in the room. No lecture-style presentation, no endless slide presentation – but rather thought-provoking ideas that set something in motion.
My presentations combine in-depth expertise with concrete action impulses and are suitable for internal events, management days, conferences and networking meetings.
