Gratitude can help lower your stress level because it helps us consciously focus our attention on the positive aspects.

Psychologists assume that gratitude has such a positive effect because when we feel gratitude, we cannot simultaneously feel negative emotions such as anger, envy, or resentment.

Gratitude can be trained.

The good news is that gratitude can be easily cultivated – with just 5 minutes a day! A simple exercise focuses attention on the positive experiences of the day.
